We handcraft our garlic biltong at Billies & Tong HQ in Wells, Somerset, using an old family recipe. Our biltong boasts high-quality ingredients, making it an ideal choice for those looking for the ultimate beef snack.

Consider the following:

• Find all ingredients/allergens on our packaging’s back. The included oxygen absorber is not for consumption. Store biltong in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
• The shelf life date is on the packaging’s back. Consume within 3 days once opened. This product contains allergens like barley, fish, wheat gluten, soya bean, milk, and eggs.
• Some items may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils or have been produced near nut-containing items.
• Some of our spices include MSG flavour enhancers.
• Note that Billies & Tong cannot be held liable for issues arising from food allergies.

Every week, we freshly prepare batches of biltong, chilli/original snapsticks and droewors here at Billies & Tong. So, don’t worry if your order doesn’t arrive immediately! We’re working our magic and your delectable treats will soon reach you, fresh as can be!

Eden Ministries

For every kilogram of biltong and droewors we sell, we donate £1 to the orphanage at Eden Ministries in Doma, Zimbabwe.

Kevin and Susan Fry established this remarkable charity in Doma, Zimbabwe in 1998, providing care and support to over 250 children in need. Eden Ministries consists of different departments, including The Village, The Farm, The School and the Clinic.
