This biltong maker is ideal for beginners, designed to hold up to 3kg of wet meat, fish, fruit or herbs in one go. It dries with a fan only, working best in warm indoor spaces with low humidity.
Many people think biltong is dried with heat alone – but it’s all about airflow. Especially in the UK’s more humid climate, steady airflow is key to successful drying.

All of our boxes are handmade, meaning no two are exactly the same. The photos shown are examples – your box may have its own unique wood grain and finish.
Our boxes are primarily made from natural pine, a strong softwood that handles temperature and moisture changes well. Some minor warping or visual changes may occur over time due to the drying environment, but this will not affect performance.
