Yes. Our shipping rates are based on shipping within the United Kingdom (UK) and most of Europe. But if you are ordering outside of the UK and are unsure if we ship to your country, please email us at [email protected] and I will process your order and get the products to you.

I’ve placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?
It is a team of just 2 here, making all orders, packing up your items and processing it so please have a little mercy. Orders are normally shipped within 7 to 10 days unless they are being custom made but we try to process orders daily. As soon as your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email if it is a Biltong box and a standard email of dispatch for other items.
International orders can take up to 24 business days for delivery. Customs have been known to flag packages and this may delay international deliveries.
If your order doesn’t arrive within 1 month PLEASE notify us. The tracking information is held on 3rd party Courier delivery details for 3 months, after this time we nor they can be held responsible for lost/missing orders.
