Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We are in the business of making people happy and if you are in any way unsatisfied with your item upon receiving it, please e-mail me at and I can return, refund or exchange free of charge.

Return postage is paid by the customer.

In the event of something not working correctly we only cover return shipping within the first 10 days.

Please note; We do not offer refunds for product loss (meat loss) during transit occasionally the fans can become dislodged preventing them from turning correctly. Please test that your box is working before making your batch. All parts are thoroughly checked before being fitted and sent but sometimes they may have a problem on arrival. Please check it all works BEFORE making a batch. If something is wrong, contact us.
