This custom-made pine biltong maker features a clear perspex viewing window and can be personalised with a name, logo or short quote of your choice.

It operates with a ceramic infrared heat element and fan, working together to create a gentle, warm airflow that encourages drying. This unit is especially recommended for colder areas like garages or conservatories.

💡 Quick tip: Many people think biltong dries with heat alone, but it’s actually the airflow that does the work. In our more humid British climate (compared to Africa), heat simply helps reduce humidity. Remember – biltong is air-dried, not cooked!

All of our boxes are handmade from natural pine wood. Pine is a durable softwood that resists shrinking and swelling. However, as the box is exposed to heat, moisture, and airflow during use, some slight movement or warping may occur. This is completely normal and will not affect performance.
