This handcrafted pine biltong box is perfect for those looking to make up to 5kg of biltong, dried meat, fish, fruit or herbs in one batch.
It operates using a low-heat incandescent bulb and a fan, providing a consistent flow of warm air for drying.
Contrary to popular belief, it’s not just heat that dries biltong. In the UK’s more humid climate compared to Africa, airflow is essential. The aim is to air-dry, not cook – so don’t worry too much about heat levels.

Our brand is proudly rustic. Each box is handmade from natural pine, and no two boxes are exactly alike. The photos shown are for reference only.
Pine is a resilient softwood that resists shrinking and swelling. However, due to the nature of use – exposure to heat, airflow, humidity and moisture – some minor movement or warping may occur over time. This is entirely normal and won’t affect performance.
