Recommended Storage & Handling Conditions
Unopened: Store bags flat under cool dry conditions. Reseal opened packs.
Opened: Store bags flat under cool dry conditions. Reseal opened packs.
Sprinkle biltong pack over meat strips. Add water/vinegar solution to meat strips. Leave overnight in the fridge. Hang to dry. Estimate 30g spice to 1kg of meat.
