Recommended Storage & Handling Conditions
Unopened: Store bags flat under cool dry conditions. Reseal opened packs.
Opened: Store bags flat under cool dry conditions. Reseal opened packs.
Use 40 – 50g of biltong spice per 1kg of meat. Mix or tumble the spice, meat & any additional ingredients together. Leave overnight to marinate. Mix or tumble again & hang. Dry to 40-60% moisture loss.
