🎁 As we head towards Christmas and the busy festive season, we wanted to discuss orders, lead times and expectations.
🎁 Our prices have not changed for many years and this is because our products are made to order, especially for you, by Gerry. If we took on more staff, our overheads would go up and our prices would have to reflect this. We pride ourselves on providing quality products at affordable prices.
🎁 Our products including biltong boxes and cutters are bespoke and tailored to your preferences including engraving and colour finish. Because of this, our lead times, especially leading into the busy festive period, are anywhere between 7 – 14 working days.
🎁 So far, we have recently had emails from customers chasing us up and comparing our services to Amazon. This is not what we stand for, neither does this reflect all the hard work that is going on in the background. If you place an order, please rest assured we are already working on it and it will be shipped when completed.
🎁 Please also take into consideration that there will be delays with Royal Mail and courier services as the parcel volume increases closer towards Christmas. Due to this, and our lead times, we ask that you give yourself more than enough time this year to avoid any disappointment.
🎁 We thank you for your patience, custom and for supporting our much-loved small business here in Wells. We love what we do and wouldn’t be here without you however need to keep you in the loop to maintain a great repour with you all.
