Upon despatch of your order, you should receive confirmation of this via email. If it does not reach your inbox, we ask that you check your spam box.

We are experiencing high demand at the moment (which is fantastic), however, due to the lockdown & health & safety precautions, we are low on the ground & only have a very small team here. We are aiming to get orders out to you within 7 – 10 working days although this might run slightly over.

Every item on our website is made to order especially for you including the biltong. We make a fresh batch of biltong each week & do not wish to rush the drying process in order to get the orders out sooner than required. Good things come to those who wait & as you can see from our amazing reviews, it is definitely worth waiting for.

Royal Mail & UK Mail who we use to get your orders out to you are experiencing a huge demand on their services & they have advised delays in delivery due to this but nonetheless, all deliveries made are being received.

We are always completely honest with our customers about what is happening and sadly have experienced supply chain issues which we are overcoming. This is again due to lockdown & something we are unable to control.
