Our lockdown journey officially began on Sunday the 22nd of March 2020. We were very unsure of what we would have to face in the weeks to come & so took a step back & braced ourselves.

We are sitting here reflecting feeling incredibly lucky to have had the amazing support by all of you & cannot thank you enough. YOU supported a local business, YOU took the time to leave amazing comments, YOU chose to shop local & YOU helped us spread the word about who we were to your family & friends. Thank you so much, we really hope you know how much we appreciate this!

We would like to remind you that Gerry’s products are bespoke & handmade lovingly to order, so please bear in mind these products are not in stock at the time of your order, they are made to order just for you. If you have any specific requirements, you can leave notes in the comment box when checking out on our website or alternatively you can pop us an e-mail to billiesandtong@gmail.com.

Please also note, whilst we do make biltong, this too is not readily available at the time of your order unless of course, we’ve just made a fresh batch the same day or a couple of days after. We do a fresh batch each week as we love freshly made biltong and know you do too!

If you are purchasing a product for a special occasion, we ask that you give it enough time in order for your product to be made for you & also that it gets to you for the date/day you require. For anything else, Gerry is more than happy to help!
